DST sponsors who generate PPMs for investor evaluation cannot modify a DST Evaluation. They can add documents, comments, notes, and text that address a Warning or Red Flag — or say who to call about this PPM — to save an investor time and money.
Sponsors can do this only for their own DST PPM results. These sponsor-supplied extras are provided to investors alongside the PPM Evaluation Results.
Sponsors can also run their own PPMs, which are provided free to Platinum investors — eliminating the need for Platinum users to pay to run those results themselves.
